Financial Information

Our doctors and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Emergency/Single-Visit Payments

Our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service for patients without insurance. The co-pay and/or deductible is due for patients with insurance. If insurance can not be confirmed, payment for service is expected at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). For those with insurance, please note the disclaimer listed below.

General Payment Policy

Payment in full is expected at the time of each service. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Financing Options

For patients preferring more extended payment options, our office offers Springstone Financing as well as CareCredit Financing. Both of these companies offer six months without interest as well as longer interest bearing terms. If you would like information about financing, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.

Dental Insurance Filing Disclaimer

Dental insurance is checked for patients as a courtesy. We are happy to file your claims and will pend payment for 30 days. If an insurance carrier will not processes a claim timely, payment may be requested from the patient. Any treatment cost incurred is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. We do not represent your carrier and can not guarantee payment. As your insurance contract is between you and your carrier, you are highly encouraged to confirm your benefits. Any remaining balance after insurance has remitted is the responsibility of the patient. Every effort will be made to correctly estimate benefits, however contract limitations, deductibles or other pending claims may affect the actual payment made.
